Description:
Shirou Emiya lost his parents in a fire when he was young and was later adopted by a sorceror by the name of Kiritsugu Emiya. Although he was full of admiration for his adopted father and yearns to become an ally of justice, Shirou has limited powers and was unable to become a strong sorceror like his father. That is until one fateful day, he was drawn into the Holy Grail War and had to summon a female "Servant" known as Saber in order to protect himself. It turns out that the Holy Grail War involves a series of battles among powerful sorcerors to fight for the possession of a relic that will grant one's wishes, the Holy Grail. There are altogether seven "Masters" who can summon their respective "Servants" from different classes known as Saber, Archer, Rider, Berserker, Lancer, Caster and Assasin. These "Servants" have to hide their names in order not to reveal their weaknesses to the enemies. The story revolves around Shirou and his entanglement in the Holy Grail War.[ANN]

So who knows this one?
Just an awesome anime worth mentioning.
I want a new season for this one, but will that ever happen?

New season is a possibility since there's a sequal to the Fate/Stay Night visual novel, Fate/hollow ataraxia, although if they were gonna make the anime sequal to it then they wouldn've done so already. So i wouldn't say that a sequal would be coming out.

Yes, I've seen this anime, played the doujin fighting game, read the manga, and have played the visual novel and it was good, very good. I'm a fan of Type-Moon after all and this was definetly one of their better animes they've made. Lots of action and very little romance, that would appeal to a lot of people. Not me as much though, I thought this had a little bit TOO much action, hah.

I want to play there visual novels, but is it even translated?
And rumor has it that Fate/hollow ataraxia won't be made into an anime, so

The visual novel is indeed fully translated thanks to the good people at MirrorMoon, I'm sure that the translation download is still up so you should give it a try. The translation was for the Sabre route before only, I think it MIGHT'VE changed. And if it has, then all of the routes are translated.
