My Cat, PJ was put down today...

PJ is not just a Cat

PJ was my companion, the only one allowed to comfort me IRL when I cried, now he's gone....

I'm crying atm...

I feel like I'm dying right now

WHY!?

A pets death is not actually that different from a persons, as long as the pet owner loved and cared for the pet so much (scale of 1-100 on caring 80-100 is super caring)

Im getting ready for one of my cats to die. His name is sonic, and i human years he is 17 years old. Weve kinda been making jokes that hes trying to outlive our dog and other cat to spite them.

I loved that cat alot even though i only saw him and never held him because he made you so happy my love and i feel sad now that he is gone but it was for the best my love

Our own cat, Sugar Plum is 13. I see the changes old age makes in her, and I remember when she used to tear the place up as a kitten.

I've lost so many animal members of my family, I've accepted the fact that I'm gonna lose everyone I care about in my life at some point. None of us have to like it, but we do all have to accept it.

i hope PJ rests in peace. i understand you. already 2 of my cats died. they were all not ours, at the beginning. they belonged to no one, but we cared for them. but after sometime we noticed they did not come anymore, and saw one, dead on the railway. i can understand your heart pain and emptyness, as by the time, a cat, becomes a real friend to you, the same with other pets too.

not had any for the last ten years I think

my worst loss was when I came home from a school trip to find a racoon had broken into my rabbit's hutch.... I loved that bunny >< I was only 9 at the time, and very sad for quite a long time
