Hey all!
Im sure you'll all remember my continuing work on the Master Sword (look in this section for the thread) but ive decided with my flatmate to start another project, a much, much more challenging one!

Yes, ok, it is a horrible addiction, but Halo 3 is a fantastic game! And as some of you may have guessed, we've decided to try and make the Spartan Armour from it hopefully this will work using foam and scrim, with steel reinforcements as well as a custom paint job at the end to personalise our gear a bit further

If anyone else is interested in making their own armour, tell me and i will post technical drawings and specs. here for your own use, as well as advice on what we find worked and didnt work with the construction.

If your contructing armour, you may find the following article useful. It's written by a guy who crafted some guyver armour, and if I recall it won some cosplay compettion award. Definately worth a read if only for the tips.

This site could indeed be a VERY big help, though im not sure the section on wrapping yourself in cellophane would end well for me
