[Zero Eiyuu]

It's just as the title of this thread says, tell me why you love some of those genres of games and tell me why you hate all the others.

For me I love RPGs, Tactics, Puzzle, curtain shooters, and Fighting games. It's all mainly because there are always new and innovative games coming out for RPGs... the good ones at least such as the Final Fantasy games and the Disgaea games, they are always graphically pleasing to the eye and fun to play.

Puzzle games because they help work the mind, it's always fun to try and do chain combos in games like Puyo Pop Fever, or just trying to go your fastest and get a high score like Luminous or Tetris Attack.

Fighting games because I'm a big fan of them, I loved fighting games ever since I played Street Fighter all those years ago... and the fighting games just keep getting better and better as the consoles evolved into what they are now. Fighting games basically had stayed the same but there are so many of them that there's always a different strategy in playing them, it's so fun.

Games genres I hate... I guess out of all of them I'd have to say I hate shooters the most, don't get me wrong it's only a particular type of shooter that I hate and that's all those shooters that have to do with ANY kind of war at all! Except for Modern Warfare, that ones a good one. I mean I've seen it all, it's getting real tiring, I don't wanna go into some stupid war that happened already or is made up, it's quite boring, you know what I mean? I'd rather go and play Halo... and I don't even like THAT that much. Gears of War is different though, can play that for endless hours sniping people.

That's a surprise Random... you like sports game! ZOMG! Well I guess most of em aren't that bad... but come on, most of them ARE!

And Yon-kun good choice with the Visual Novel >_< But wow, how can I forget about those Flight Sims? Those are so horrible, who needs to learn how to fly from a game?! (I know that's not the case) But still!

Dunno if Touhou games really fall under their own category, more like they fall under Curtain shooters and fighting games... but they SHOULD have their own category, Touhou games are the best >_<
