We need to have more awards. I say, let members submit their ideas for rewards, and we'll began to incorporate those into the existing list of awards.

We shouldn't just "copy" their awards..but make our own.

Well, I don't have any PSDs saved, however I do have a blank medal. just delete the text above it and recolour etc.
