oh hey, i'm all for supporting this one.
here's what i was thinking tho, see what you all think
The music subforum can be dedicated to uploading and shite for bands.
Discussion of the bands would also be there. Like, the thread starter for the band they chose would update it anytime they come across something new.
Trust me, i know people that would kill to have a place to download music, and hey, let's face it, we have music.
and if at all possible to have a specific request thread stickied there for people to just hog that space for music requests.
For Example:
Multimedia > Music > Music Requests (Thread)
All music requests would go there, no pestering on a band's thread.
I mean, something I would do is create that Band's SubSubforum.
So we'd have something like: (Made by me and help from Wikipedia.)
Multimedia > Music > Bands > Coldplay

Both of these albums were released to great critical acclaim and commercial success. In 2002, A Rush of Blood to the Head was named as NME's Album of the Year.
Coldplay have been an active supporter of various social and political causes, such as Oxfam's Make Trade Fair campaign and Amnesty International. The group has also performed at various charity projects such as Band Aid 20, Live 8, and the Teenage Cancer Trust.
Since December 2006, the band have been working with producer Brian Eno on a fourth album, expected to be released in the first half of 2008.
